Carle Mobile Heath Clinic in Oakwood 4/18/25

Carle Mobile Health and other related services will be in Oakwood Friday April 18th, 2025 on North Main Street.

The mobile is great for needed lab work, immunizations, school or regular physicals, women’s health visits or child concerns/needs. For those needing flu or Covid shots or a check up and don’t want to travel far, this is an easy solution!

If your doctor is with Christie, OSF, Aunt Martha or other local office, they will automatically receive the record from your visit

The registration will work to get your insurance taken care of and if you do not have insurance they will assist in helping you register for other options
